This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") supplements our Terms of Use. By using ColdPress, you agree not to misuse the Service or encourage others to do so.
1. Rights and consent
- Upload only content you own or have explicit permission to use for AI processing and repurposing.
- Obtain legally adequate consent for any recognizable likeness or voice of identifiable individuals featured in your uploads where required by law or platform rules.
- Do not upload content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, or other proprietary rights.
2. Prohibited content
You may not upload, generate prompts for, or distribute via the Service:
- Child sexual abuse material or content that sexualizes minors (zero tolerance — we report to authorities where appropriate).
- Non-consensual intimate imagery, harassment, bullying, hate speech, or credible threats of violence.
- Illegal content or instructions for serious illegal activity (e.g. terrorism, human trafficking, exploitation).
- Malware, exploits, or attempts to disrupt, scrape, or overload our systems beyond ordinary use.
- Deceptive impersonation intended to defraud, mislead, or interfere with elections or civic processes.
3. Automated screening
We may use automated and manual review to detect policy violations, abuse, or illegal material. We may block, quarantine, or delete uploads; suspend accounts; and cooperate with law enforcement when legally required.
4. Rate limits and fair use
Do not circumvent technical limits, abuse APIs, or use the Service in a way that degrades performance for other users. We may throttle or suspend usage that appears abusive or non-human.
5. Reporting
To report abuse or a suspected violation, contact abuse@coldpresshq.com with a description of the issue and relevant identifiers (account email, approximate time, video filename).
6. Enforcement
Violations may result in removal of content, suspension or termination of accounts, and referral to law enforcement. Our decisions may consider severity, intent, and repeat offenses.
7. Changes
We may update this AUP from time to time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
